This evaporator cover can be used on any Samsung RS21 fridge freezer that does not have a Coolzone compartment. The RS21 Coolzone model is usually denoted by the letter 'J' or 'K' after the RS21. This evaporator cover is also compatible with the SRS range.

As an example, the most commonly purchased Coolzone RS21 models will have a model number such as RS21JLAL or RS21KGRS. If you have a model with the letter 'J' or 'K' immediately after the 'RS21', this evaporator cover WILL NOT fit your fridge freezer. If you have the letters 'D', 'F', 'N' or 'W' after the 'RS21', this evaporator cover should be the correct part for your fridge freezer.  A typical example of this would be something like RS21DCNS, RS21FCNS, RS21NCMS or RS21WCNS, but there are many variations to the last 3 letters of the model number. These evaporator covers are now the required replacement for most of the SRS range as well. This includes all models that start with the model number 'SRS2025', 'SRS2026', 'SRS2027', 'SRS2028' and 'SRS2029'.

This Samsung back panel comes with a modification to the drain hole of the fan motor within the back panel. The mod is designed to stop the icing building up and blocking the drain hole, which in turn causes a build up of ice around the fan blade. It is a heat transfer clip which contacts a heat transfer plate on the new back panel, full instructions are included.
